By using Voyamemo, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Use of the service

Voyamemo lets you create and publish your own travel blog. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything published through it. You may not use the service to publish unlawful content, to infringe anyone else's rights, or to disrupt the service for other travellers.

Your content stays yours

You keep full ownership of everything you publish — your words, your photos, your videos, your routes. None of it becomes ours.

So that we can actually run your blog, you give us permission to store and show what you publish: a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display your content, for the sole purpose of operating the service and delivering your blog to the readers you share it with. If you choose to feature a journey on the public Voyamemo wall, that permission also covers showing its title, an excerpt and a thumbnail on our own pages.

The licence exists only for that purpose and ends when you delete the content or close your account, apart from backup copies that expire on our normal retention cycle. We do not sell your content, license it to third parties, or use it to train machine-learning models.

Our platform

The Voyamemo software, name, logo, design and page templates are ours and remain ours. You are free to use them for as long as you have an account, but that does not extend to copying or reselling the service itself.

Content accuracy

Travel blogs on Voyamemo are written and published by the travellers themselves. We do not review or verify them before they appear. Journey details such as dates, locations and descriptions may change without notice, and we make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of content published by our users.

Comments

Comments submitted through this website must be respectful and on-topic. We reserve the right to remove any comment that is offensive, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

Privacy

We collect only what the service needs to work: your account details, the email addresses of people who subscribe to a journey, and the name and email of anyone who leaves a comment. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, we do not log visitors' IP addresses, and we never sell personal data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Limitation of liability

Voyamemo is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or the information provided on it. External links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
